I'm gonna be in for an epic bedtime battle tonight. It was almost 100 degrees today, so we spent the bigger part of this afternoon at my moms, where Kailyn had a blast jumping on the trampoline with the sprinklers. Water + sun + jumping is the recipe for exhaustion, so when we went home around 5pm, she was exhausted. A snack and a juicebox later, she was ready for a nap.. and so was I. So, we went to lay down for an hour or so-- and woke up at 8! Even though I could easily go to bed and sleep til tomorrow morning(or next week..) right now, bedtime is nowhere near in Kailyns future.. Oops! Oh well, we had a great day, still no sign of J (what else is new) and it's summer.. who cares if we stay up late.
